Please inspect the property thoroughly upon arrival. A Property Condition Form is provided in your check-in envelope and also sent to your email address. PLEASE NOTE ANY DAMAGES AND REPORT TO OUR OFFICE WITHIN 24 HOURS. If everything is to your satisfaction, please let us know as well.

PLEASE DO NOT TURN A/C THERMOSTAT BELOW 70° or turn refrigerator dial below 5 or 6. Doing so WILL NOT COOL your house or food faster. However, the drastic change may freeze the condensing unit and motor, causing damage and improper operation.

Please refer to your lease ADDENDUMS for guidelines on the use of pools, elevators, and other additional amenities.
