Kate Sudell is a Sales and Rental Specialist at Ferguson Dechert Real Estate, located in Avalon, NJ.  Kate is a graduate of Widener University, where she received her degree in Accounting and worked from KPMG, LLP in Philadelphia upon graduation.  She launched her real estate career with her Father, Guy Sudell, who has been in the business for over 40 years. Kate specializes in applying her market knowledge and expertise in residential real estate sales and rentals on the Seven Mile Island and surrounding communities.   Her ability to listen and understand her client’s wants and needs is her best attribute.  Kate has assisted with the purchase and sale of her client’s vacation homes, keeping them informed every step of the way.  She continues to assist in the bookings of 100’s of vacation rentals across the island where memories are made year after year!  Kate’s clients value her opinion and know they can trust her to navigate them in the right direction - whether it’s booking a vacation rental for a week at the beach or purchasing a second home for their family to enjoy for years to come!  

A year round resident of the 7 Mile Island, Kate is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys teaching classes at the local gym, going to the beach and shopping at the local boutiques in town!
